How to Play Master of Darkness
Quick start
Start with 1 or 2 and read the stage introduction. Test your attack range against the first enemy, then approach stairs carefully. Inspect dropped weapons before picking them up.
Controls
Left/right move; up-left/up-right climb stairs, down-left/down-right descend them; down crouches. 1 attacks with the main weapon, up+1 uses a special weapon, 2 jumps. Either button starts and advances stage introductions.
Master of Darkness — About this game
Dr. Social follows occult warnings through a London troubled by murders and a kidnapped colleague. Monsters block the way across dangerous platforms and stairways, so balance close combat with movement. Weapons found along the route replace what you are carrying; grabbing everything can leave you with a less suitable choice. Special weapons have limited uses. Watch the stage timer and preserve your health instead of fighting every creature.
