How to Play Missile Defense 3-D
Quick start
Select the light-gun input and prepare the 3-D display setting. Pull the trigger to begin, then clear the first salvo before it reaches the city.
Controls
Light Phaser: aim at the screen and pull the trigger to fire. The trigger also starts play. Original hardware uses the gun in controller port 1 and Sega 3-D Glasses.
Missile Defense 3-D — About this game
An orbital peacekeeping station stands between two hostile nations. Aim its Eliminator laser at missiles during launch, over the intervening terrain and at their final approach to a city. Missed targets return in later scenes, but a warhead that survives the final interception destroys the city and ends the mission. Other missiles attack the station itself and cost you lasers. The original Master System game combines Light Phaser aiming with Sega 3-D Glasses, making depth and target tracking central to the action.
