Quick start
Choose a starting level with up/down and press 1. Collect keys and watch the inventory before entering a locked route. Save an amulet for a dangerous crossing.
Controls
D-pad: walk and climb ladders or ropes. 1: start and jump; combine with left/right for a moving jump. 2: activate a collected amulet. Swords act on contact against suitable enemies.

Panama Joe explores a pyramid filled with ladders, ropes, disappearing floors and deadly creatures. Collect colored keys to open matching doors and remember which passages lead back to useful rooms. Swords defeat certain enemies on contact, while an amulet grants temporary protection when activated. Snakes, long falls and fire remain reasons to choose your route carefully. Treasure rewards exploration, but staying too long in a room can awaken a bat, so hesitation has a cost as well.
