Quick start
Begin the adventure and explore the first dungeon cautiously. Hold 1 with a direction to take careful steps. Find the sword before confronting armed guards and practise 2 for jumps across short gaps.
Controls
Left/right runs; 1+direction takes careful steps. 2 jumps forward with a direction; Up climbs ledges, Down crouches or descends. Hold 1 to hang, release to drop. Sword drawn: 1 strikes, 2 blocks, Down sheathes.

The Master System controls change in combat, so the jump button becomes your defensive tool when swords are drawn.
