How to Play Spider-Man - Return of the Sinister Six
Quick start
Press 1/START to begin. Practise holding 1 for a higher jump, 2 for a punch and two taps of 2 for a jump kick. To swing, keep 1 held while jumping and press 2; release 1 to leave the web. Crouch near web fluid to collect it.
Controls
Left/right moves, down crouches. 1 jumps; hold for height. 2 punches or fires collected attack web; two taps give a jump kick. While jumping with 1 held, 2 attaches a swing web and another 2 continues to the next; release 1 to leave. On climbable surfaces use the D-pad; 1 drops, direction+1 jumps away.

Spider-Man: Return of the Sinister Six sends the hero against Doctor Octopus and his assembled villains. Combat and exploration share the same routes: climb surfaces to avoid danger, swing over gaps and approach a foe with enough space to punch or jump-kick. The jump button must be held to gain height, and holding it while firing a swing web lets you stay attached until you release it. Attack webs need collected fluid, whereas the swing web is available while jumping, so mobility and ammunition are different resources. Objects such as a key, TNT detonator and infrared glasses open specific obstacles and are used automatically when needed. Web-fluid pickups require crouching nearby. Keep an eye on the separate boss energy display and search the surroundings before repeatedly attacking a locked route. These controls belong to the Sinister Six game: 1 jumps and 2 attacks.
