World Cup '93 by Tecmo — About this game

Tecmo World Cup ’93 offers 24 national teams for tournaments, exhibitions and two-player matches. Choose a formation and move the highlighted footballer into space. Short passes keep possession, while the other action button sends a longer ball or shoots when you are close enough to goal. In defence, switch to a nearby player and time a sliding tackle. Treat positioning as part of passing: keep a clear route to the receiver rather than kicking into a crowd. Start with an exhibition to learn the pace before taking a side through the cup.
