If you select the difficulty level from "NEW GAME" in the title, the opening scene will begin where you have to protect the fleeing caravan. First check your equipment and Attack Mode, then move to the right and eliminate the pursuing troops while crossing the loading platform and obstacles. You can steal the weapon by defeating the corresponding enemy with Z-knuckle. At the end, avoid the sub-core attacks by dashing and jumping, and attack the exposed core to secure the caravan.

Move with the cross button, use the top for conversations/doors/ladders, and the bottom to crouch. Press A to jump, press the wall direction and press A to kick the wall. B to main weapon, long press to charge. Dash by pressing L or direction twice. R is a sub weapon by default (can be changed in Attack Mode). START sub-screen/pause, menu A confirm/B cancel, L/R to switch pages. Equip the Z-knuckle and defeat the enemy with B to steal the corresponding weapon, and press SELECT to discard the current captured weapon.
