After graduation, take over Dr Carmen Möller’s practice and learn to balance waiting-room patience, examinations and the clinic’s money. Read a fictional patient’s complaint, choose from the displayed responses and complete simplified touch activities such as applying a plaster or removing a splinter. Some procedures initially require an in-game referral until training courses unlock more options. Use the office computer to buy equipment, book courses and eventually hire help. Start with the mentor’s first patient and inspect the practice rooms before spending earnings. These are simulated cases and game tasks, without real diagnosis or treatment guidance. Begin with the opening instructions and practice the main interaction before pursuing optional rewards. Read the current objective, make one deliberate choice and watch its effect before repeating it. A short first session makes it easier to separate a missed instruction from a difficult challenge. Return to the available menu when you need to check progress or adjust your approach, then continue from the next clear objective.
