How to Play Metal Max 3
Quick start
Read the opening events and speak to nearby residents before leaving town. Check personal equipment, healing supplies and the available vehicle. Try an ordinary encounter, inspect the battle result and return for repairs before taking on a wanted monster.
Controls
Use the DS directional controls to explore and the displayed confirmation and return controls to talk or inspect menus. In battle, choose a character’s attack, skill or item, then its target. Inspect vehicle equipment and remaining ammunition before confirming a weapon choice.
Metal Max 3 — About this game
Metal Max 3 opens with a resurrected protagonist who has lost his memories. Travel through a ruined near-future landscape, learn about the mysterious Cola, recruit allies and accept local requests alongside wanted-monster hunts. Command battles combine personal skills with vehicle weapon choices, and a tank’s engine capacity, armament and remaining armor affect how far an expedition can go. Build a party whose roles cover weaknesses instead of relying on one expensive cannon. Begin by exploring the first settlement and checking an ordinary enemy before attempting a bounty. Return to town to repair and compare equipment when your current route becomes too costly.
