How to Play Meteos: Disney Magic
Quick start
Open Tutorial from the main menu to learn matching, special blocks and abilities. Then choose Single Player, Story Mode, a skill level and a stage. Read the stage briefing and its objective before starting. Practise launching a simple line of three, then make another match in a rising stack. If you prefer left-handed play, set Options → Handedness → Left before the round.
Controls
Drag one block horizontally or vertically with the stylus. Lift the stylus before changing the movement axis; diagonal dragging is not used. Match three or more alike to launch a stack. When the special gauge fills, tap it to use the stage’s ability. In right-handed mode, D-pad Up activates the ability and Down drops blocks faster; in left-handed mode use Y and A respectively. START pauses. Expert rules restrict horizontal moves except when the corresponding special ability is active.

Disney stories have become jumbled, and Jiminy Cricket and Tinker Bell need help putting the storybook vault in order. Drag individual falling blocks to line up three or more of the same kind horizontally or vertically. The match launches upward, carrying the blocks above it. A heavy stack may fall back before it leaves the screen, so make new matches inside the flying stack to push it higher. Story Mode gives each stage an objective and a special ability, such as stronger launches or slower falling blocks. Challenge Mode lets you revisit unlocked storybooks under different rules. The DS is held like a book, and the normal rules allow horizontal as well as vertical movement.
