How to Play Mezase! Koushien
Quick start
Create the team and follow the manager’s first explanation. Try one batting or pitching practice, check its timing and result, and then begin a match after reading the field and runner display.
Controls
Use the DS selection controls to set up the team and choose a practice. During a match, follow the displayed batting, pitching and running prompts; the manager explains their timing. Check the current phase before input, since fielding and batting require different responses.
Mezase! Koushien — About this game
A first-year student becomes baseball captain and has three school years to guide the team toward Koshien. Set up your original team, take part in action-based practice and use matches to gain experience. Batting, pitching, fielding and running drills develop different parts of the squad, while conversations with teammates support the school story. Begin with the manager’s control explanations and one practice event before a full match. Pay attention to the pitch and the current runner situation rather than treating every ball as an automatic swing; development choices and match execution both shape the team’s season.
