Mighty Final Fight — About this game
Mighty Final Fight reworks the street-brawling adventure into a distinctive NES game rather than simply shrinking the arcade original. Jessica has been kidnapped by the Mad Gear Gang, and one of three selectable heroes must fight through the city to bring her home. Movement includes stepping up and down the street, allowing attacks to be approached from different positions. Close-range punches can be mixed with grabs, throws, and airborne attacks, while breakable drums may reveal food or a character's weapon. Defeating enemies earns experience, and the finishing technique affects the reward; reaching higher levels makes the fighter more capable and eventually opens new techniques. Food restores energy, but collecting it at full strength awards experience instead. Emergency attacks offer a way out of pressure at the cost of health. Despite the three-character selection, this is a solo game, not the arcade version's cooperative two-player outing.
