How to Play Mini Ninjas
Quick start
Start solo play as Hiro and practice walking, jumping and blocking in the first area. Try one sword encounter, check health and Ki, then open the inventory to identify food, ranged tools and spell selection. Save when a Tengu Mage becomes available.
Controls
Move with the DS directional pad; double-tap up to sprint. A attacks or acts, B jumps, X uses the selected ranged tool, Y casts the selected spell, R blocks and L controls the camera. Use the lower-screen icons for inventory, hat, ninja and spell selection; Plane of Spirits puzzles use their displayed stylus tool.
Mini Ninjas — About this game
Hiro sets out against an evil samurai warlord, exploring 3D routes with sword combat, ranged tools and Kuji spells. Futo and Suzume join later, adding a powerful hammer and a more agile fighting style; they are not all available at the start. Spells consume Ki, while meditation restores energy and opens certain Plane of Spirits portals, where touch tools cut, brush or rotate a 2D puzzle to change an obstacle. Hiro’s hat blocks arrows on land and becomes a small boat on water. Begin with movement, jumping and the first sword encounter, then inspect the inventory icons before spending ammunition or casting. Save progress with Tengu Mages when reached.
