How to Play Monsters, Inc.
Quick start
Press START and choose New Game. In Sulley’s Apartment, follow the lessons and look for Blort cans, take-out boxes and the green teddy bear. Practise A jumps, hanging, moving objects and ducking before leaving. On the Scare Floor, enter bedrooms, avoid contaminated toys and use B near a sleeping child; scare five to move on.
Controls
D-pad moves; A jumps. B attacks according to the character: Sulley roars and Mike throws Blort cans. Mike can press A again in the air to double-jump and use Down to duck/crawl. Sulley uses Up to lift and Down to duck/drop. SELECT switches available characters during play. START pauses; press SELECT on that pause screen for hints and note its level password.
Monsters, Inc. — About this game
Sulley can roar and handle heavy objects, while Mike crawls into low spaces, double-jumps and throws collected Blort cans. The opening apartment teaches essential movements before the Scare Floor asks Sulley to frighten sleeping children. Later tasks and dangers develop the search for Boo’s door. A password on the pause screen returns you to the same level, and SELECT while paused displays hints.
