How to Play Monster House
Quick start
Enter the first room, move away from an enemy and try a short aimed shot. Use a safe gap to pump pressure, then clear the room before advancing.
Controls
Use the D-pad to move, or the face buttons in the left-handed layout. Point the stylus relative to the centre of the lower radar to aim and shoot; stroke the pump up and down to restore water pressure.
Monster House — About this game
The DS Monster House is a top-down room-clearing shooter. Move one of the three children around attacking furniture and flying objects while aiming water-gun shots in another direction. The lower-screen radar marks danger, and pumping restores the pressure needed for effective range. Finish a room before moving on; if a child falls, another can attempt the fight. Begin by keeping distance from one enemy, aim from the radar and pump during a safe opening. Pressure is a shooting resource, so do not stand still in a crowd just to refill it.
