How to Play The Mummy Returns
Quick start
Press START at the title and choose the new game with A. Hold A to decipher the story text, or press START to skip it. At character selection, Left/Right changes the hero and START confirms. In the first escape, keep moving left ahead of the water and clear the traps. When the game changes to first-person shooting, hold B to dodge.
Controls
The title screen uses START. In menus, A confirms and B goes back. On story screens, hold A to decipher the text and START to skip. Character selection uses Left/Right to switch and START to confirm. Move through the side-view escape with the D-pad; in first-person shooting sections, hold B to dodge. Actions change with the type of stage, so follow its on-screen prompts.
The Mummy Returns — About this game
The opening at Thebes turns a treasure discovery into a race for survival, with the flood closing in from behind. Later scenes change the pace through shooting, sword fighting and an airborne escape. Read the story screens for the next situation, choose your hero where offered and use the displayed control prompts as the action changes. Passwords let you return to later stages without repeating the whole journey.
