Quick start
Choose a class and its control layout. Cross one short platform stretch, collect a few materials and make a basic weapon before testing its attack against a nearby enemy.
Controls
Use the DS D-pad to move and the shoulder jump control for the chosen layout. The displayed attack button handles melee, while the touch screen selects menus, aims ranged attacks or draws Spore Power symbols. Check left/right-handed settings before combining buttons and stylus actions.

Rise of the Fungi tells an earlier mushroom conflict than the Wii adventure, using a separate side-view DS game.
