Quick start
Complete the first dummy-training exercise. Read the timing or microphone prompt, perform one requested step and check the response before starting the next emergency.
Controls
Use the stylus for the displayed tools and timing indicators. Tap the requested moment on an injection gauge; blow into the DS microphone only when the fictional CPR activity requests it. Driving sections have their own control prompt.

Begin with practice dummies before responding to patients in a fictional emergency career. Short tasks represent injections, bandaging and other treatments, with ambulance sections connecting incidents. The game judges the input and timing requested on screen rather than asking for free-form real procedures. Watch the instruction before touching a tool: one task uses a moving indicator, while another requests microphone input. Complete the introductory exercise carefully and check the feedback before a call. During driving, focus on the road instead of carrying over the treatment controls.
