How to Play Bomberman 64
Quick start
Choose ボンバーマン and its normal mode to learn the basic stages. Use the D-pad to move, place a bomb with A, then retreat out of its line of fire. Clear all enemies before using an exit. Try the other main-menu games afterwards and read each attraction's controls before starting it.
Controls
Bomberman mode: D-pad moves and selects commands; A confirms and places a bomb. With the Power Glove, A also handles bombs. B cancels in menus and detonates remote bombs only after obtaining the matching power-up. START pauses. Panic Bomber, Same Game and park attractions use separate controls shown for their modes.
Bomberman 64 — About this game
This Bomberman 64 centres on classic grid-based stages. Place bombs to break obstacles and defeat enemies, but preserve a route away from their blast. Clearing the enemies opens the way forward, and different exits can lead along different branches. Alongside normal and battle play, the package includes Panic Bomber's falling-piece puzzles, Same Game's group-clearing challenge and Bomberman Park's attractions. These activities have their own controls: the bomb button from the main mode is not a universal command. Park medals provide another progression, opening further attractions as you explore.
