How to Play Centre Court Tennis

Quick start

Press START at the title, choose practice and select the serve exercise. Pick a player and court, choose Easy and confirm with A. Move with the stick; press A or B to toss the ball, then time a second press: A serves strongly and B gently. Try an exhibition once you can place serves and return shots.

Controls

Stick moves; A strokes, B lobs. Near the net A makes a punch volley and B a drop volley. For serving, A/B tosses; a timed second A gives a strong serve or B a weak one. Hold Z and press A for a faster super shot. C buttons open the camera-view menu; A confirms, B cancels and START pauses.

Centre Court Tennis — About this game

Centre Court Tennis pairs court play with a custom player's development and wardrobe. Exhibition lets you choose preset or created players for singles and doubles, while practice separates serves, volleys, strokes and smashes. Character creation adds ten points to the starting abilities; that basic allocation is fixed afterward. Tournaments use created players, and Challenge matches let opponents stake equipment that the winner takes. Target-based mini-games offer another route to items, while matching outfit sets can affect ability. On court, a timed strong or gentle serve and the choice between a drive, lob and net volley change the rally.
