How to Play Cruis'n Exotica
Quick start
Press START, choose the number of players and confirm a player with A. From the main menu choose Cruis'n Freestyle, select a track and pick Automatic transmission for a simpler first run. Choose a vehicle with A, hold A or L to accelerate and use B before tight bends. Learn the route before attempting jump tricks.
Controls
Default: stick or D-pad left/right steers. A or L accelerates, B brakes and Z spends an earned N₂O boost. C-right changes camera. With manual transmission, D-pad up/C-up shifts up and D-pad down/C-down shifts down. START pauses.
Cruis'n Exotica — About this game
Cruis'n Exotica combines arcade racing with shortcuts, jumps and tricks that subtract time from the final result. Freestyle is a single-track contest for learning the roads, while Exotica requires first place to advance. Challenge breaks tracks into stages and follows successful rounds with a drag race. Before that drag event, copying a demonstrated trick earns an N₂O boost for later races; it cannot be spent in the drag race itself. Automatic or manual transmission changes how much you manage while steering through the game's varied locations.
