How to Play Doshin the Giant
Quick start
Select ゲームを始める at the title and confirm with A. Walk toward a settlement and watch for a tree or terrain-arrow request. Start by moving a tree or adjusting a small patch of land, then observe the villagers' response.
Controls
Stick walks; a small tilt moves gently. As the Love Giant, A lifts objects and B jumps. Hold Z+A to raise ground or Z+B to lower it. R switches Love/Hate forms; the Hate Giant uses A to punch. C buttons change the view, D-pad toggles the map and START opens the submenu.
Doshin the Giant — About this game
Doshin the Giant gives you an island and a giant whose actions change both its landscape and its inhabitants' lives. Carry trees to villagers, raise low ground or flatten hills to help settlements develop. Their reactions appear as hearts or skulls, and absorbing enough of either makes the giant grow. Transforming between the yellow Love Giant and red Hate Giant changes how you interact with the world. The pleasure lies in watching a small intervention spread through a community, then deciding what to change next.
