How to Play Eikou no Saint Andrews
Quick start
Press START and choose 練習ホール for a solo practice hole. Select a player and エントリー, then set the tee position, aim and ball contact point. Pull the stick back for power and let it return to center when the red circle is smallest.
Controls
Menus: stick or D-pad selects, A or Z confirms, B cancels. R opens club selection, L shows the terrain grid and C buttons adjust the camera. For a shot, pull the stick back and release to center at the right moment; the pull sets power. Putts use the same motion, without ball-contact selection.
Eikou no Saint Andrews — About this game
Eikou no Saint Andrews turns a round on the Old Course into a sequence of choices about club, direction, contact and swing. Pull the stick back to set the backswing, then release it as the accuracy circle shrinks. On the green, the same motion becomes a putt, without choosing a contact point on the ball. Stroke play, match play and tournament rounds give scores different purposes, while training lets you choose a hole and conditions and repeat shots without recording a score.
