How to Play Extreme-G 2
Quick start
Choose Single Player and Practice with an available track. Learn Z acceleration, B braking and R sliding. Hold A to charge the maxi-bolt and release to fire; watch weapon energy. Use Time Trials to practise lines without weapons before entering Extreme Contest.
Controls
Racing defaults: stick steers and adjusts angle over jumps; Z accelerates; B brakes; R slides; hold/release A charges/fires primary; C right secondary; C down nitro; C left drops weapon; C up rear view. In Battle, B reverses. Bike-selection R opens custom controls.
Extreme-G 2 — About this game
Extreme-G 2 gives each bike a chargeable maxi-bolt. Stronger shots use more energy and can rebound from surfaces, so aim and charge duration matter as well as speed. Extreme Contest opens harder route variations as you progress. Practice keeps other bikes on the track, whereas Time Trials removes enemies and weapons and lets you chase a recorded ghost. Learning where to brake, slide or boost helps preserve a racing line while handling the sequel’s weapons.
