How to Play F-Zero X
Quick start
Choose Practice or start GP Race on a low difficulty, select an available machine and the Jack Cup. Keep A held, learn the corners before boosting, and use recovery strips when your energy drops.
Controls
Stick: steer, adjust the machine’s pitch in the air; A: accelerate; B: boost from lap two; Z/R: slide left/right; C-down: brake; START: pause. Boost drains energy.
F-Zero X — About this game
F-Zero X sends thirty machines onto circuits with steep turns, jumps and exposed edges. Machine settings trade acceleration against top speed, and sliding helps hold a line through bends. Boost becomes available from the second lap but consumes the same energy that protects you from damage. Recovery strips and sensible overtaking therefore matter as much as raw speed in a Grand Prix.
