How to Play Flying Dragon
Quick start
After START and the name prompts, choose SD Hiryu. Visit Practice and its Command List to learn a character, then try Circuit and review the equipment screen before a bout. Choose Virtual Hiryu later for its ranking-based competition.
Controls
Default core: stick/D-pad moves; up jumps, down crouches; A kicks, B punches; R guards; L or Z sidesteps when enabled; START pauses. In SD play, C up/right uses item 1/2, C left Secret Buster and C down special technique. Config and rule settings can alter play.
Flying Dragon — About this game
Flying Dragon contains two fighting formats. SD Hiryu adds equipment, treasure and character growth to its circuit: items change statistics, some improve with use and others unlock techniques. Virtual Hiryu instead advances through a ranking competition. Both demand attention to spacing, guarding and attack timing. Practice includes free training and a command list, so learning a character’s moves can be separated from tournament progress. Choosing a format first helps make sense of its menus and rewards.
