How to Play Gauntlet Legends
Quick start
Choose START GAME, press A to join and select NEW. Pick a Warrior, Valkyrie, Wizard or Archer, enter a name and press START. Keep the Standard layout, use A for ordinary attacks and save magic and charged Turbo attacks for dangerous groups.
Controls
Standard defaults: stick moves/aims; A attacks; B magic; Z Turbo; A+B throws magic; A+Z Turbo attack when meter permits; B+Z magic shield; R toggles special inventory items; START pauses. Crossbow layout and custom assignments differ.
Gauntlet Legends — About this game
Summoned by the wizard Sumner, your hero travels through monster-filled worlds to recover his power and stop Skorne. Fight through crowds, avoid traps and use keys to open treasure chests containing useful magic and power-ups. Experience increases your hero’s level and strength, while hidden rune stones and other quest objects open the way to later areas. Up to four players can join the adventure, combining their attacks and limited magic against larger threats.
