How to Play Gex 64 - Enter the Gecko
Quick start
Choose NEW GAME, approach an available TV on the map and jump on its green button. Highlight a mission and press A to read its hint. In the level, try A jumps, B tail whips and R to eat bugs before hunting its red remote.
Controls
Stick or D-pad moves; A jumps, then tap and hold A for tail bounce; B tail whip; R eats bugs; Z ducks; while running hold Z then press A for a long kick; C-left/right camera rotation in manual modes; hold C-up and use stick to look; START pauses.
Gex 64 - Enter the Gecko — About this game
Gex leaves his television behind to battle Rez inside the Media Dimension. The map links TV sets leading to worlds inspired by horror, cartoons, science fiction and other screen genres. Each level offers missions with red remotes to earn, and gates demand specific remotes before you can move on. Tail whips break objects and attack enemies; eating bugs provides useful pickups. Tail bounces, long kicks and climbing suitable walls expand your routes, so check the camera before committing to a jump.
