How to Play J. League Live 64
Quick start
Press START at the opening and choose エキシビション. Pick the two clubs, then move your controller icon to your side with the stick. Use C-down to choose ノーマル controls and C-up for ビギナー difficulty, then confirm with A. Select ゲームスタート in the pre-match menu and press A.
Controls
Normal controls with the stick selected: stick moves, A plays a low pass, B shoots and C-down sends a high pass. Tap C-left repeatedly to sprint. Without the ball, A changes the controlled player and C-up makes a sliding tackle. START opens the game menu. In menus, the stick selects, A confirms and B cancels.
J. League Live 64 — About this game
J. League Live 64 offers a single-match exhibition alongside full or half seasons, a tournament and penalty contests. The Japanese club setting keeps the focus on J.League fixtures. Choose a faster action style or Simulation, where fatigue and ball movement demand a different pace. Pitch conditions also affect how the ball rolls and players move, so a wet surface changes the feel of a match. Use low passes to build attacks, high balls to reach space and runs off the ball to create a chance. Up to four players can share the same console on opposing sides or cooperate on a team, with controller sides assigned before kick-off.
