How to Play J-League Tactics Soccer
Quick start
At the mode menu, choose Jリーグ with A. Start a new game with あたらしくゲームをはじめる, enter the manager's name and select a club. Complete the player-registration and shirt-number steps, set the monthly schedule and choose training. After the training report, use the meeting screen to prepare the team for its match.
Controls
Use the stick or D-pad to select, A to confirm and B to go back. In development menus, L/Z and R move between panels; C-up opens the terminology help. During a match, START opens the pause screen for decisions. With the ball camera selected, R changes the camera and C-up/C-down zoom in/out.

J-League Tactics Soccer puts the manager's decisions at the centre of a football season. Choose a club, develop players and arrange a monthly programme of training and events before facing league and cup matches. Training moves the calendar forward and produces reports, giving you a chance to adjust the next plan. Before kick-off, select the side, system, captain and set-piece takers; during matches, change personnel or tactics as the situation develops. Several camera styles help you follow a team or an individual player. The league campaign builds toward trophies, while a separate national-team competition and local versus mode offer other managerial challenges.
