How to Play Kira tto Kaiketsu! 64 Tanteidan
Quick start
Press A at the title. Set the total participants, computer players and controller assignments, then choose a mission and mansion size. Select a character and name. On your turn, choose 移動 with the stick or D-pad and A, then press A again to roll. Aim for a search space, select furniture up/down and confirm with A. Meet the case conditions before returning exactly to the entrance.
Controls
Stick or D-pad selects commands and movement directions. A confirms and opens commands on the board; B cancels. Choose 移動 and use A to roll. In searches, up/down chooses furniture and A or Z confirms. C left/right changes the character's facing, C up/down changes camera position; L zooms in and R out. START opens the map. Z acts like A except that on the board it acts like R.

This detective board game turns a mansion into a competition for clues, cards and points. Choose a mission involving target cards, hidden bombs or residents' lost belongings, then roll and move freely through connected rooms. Search spaces let you inspect furniture, with the character's search ability determining how many pieces you examine. Cards provide equipment, recovery, traps and other options, while meeting rivals can trigger a command battle. Completing the mission and landing exactly at the entrance ends the case, but the highest total of solving points decides the winner. Pursue the objective while collecting solving points along the way.
