How to Play Micro Machines 64 Turbo
Quick start
Choose 1 PLAYER, then Time Trial Single Race for a record run without racing rivals. Pick one or three laps and a course, selecting your character when prompted; use A to confirm and B to return. For Pad Share, enter PARTY PLAY, choose that mode and read the displayed controls before starting.
Controls
Normal layout: stick or D-pad left/right steers, A accelerates, B brakes; hold B to reverse. R jumps. L, Z, C left or C down sounds the horn or fires a held weapon. C up or C right discards it. START pauses. Pad Share accelerates automatically and uses its displayed assignments.
Micro Machines 64 Turbo — About this game
Micro Machines 64 Turbo turns familiar surroundings into tracks for miniature vehicles. Head to Head makes the gap between cars the contest: pulling far enough ahead earns bonus lights, rather than simply waiting for a finish-line result. Challenge uses three-lap races with four cars and limited lives; placing near the front keeps the run alive, but the last race of a group demands a win. Time Trial offers one- or three-lap record attempts. Normal multiplayer supports four players with separate controllers. Party Play adds a different social setup: Pad Share fits eight players onto four controllers and accelerates the cars automatically. Because its controls differ, check the assignments shown before that race rather than using the normal driving layout.
