How to Play NFL Quarterback Club 98
Quick start
Press START at the title and choose QuickPlay for a preseason game with random teams. Once on offense, choose a play and press Z at the line to snap. Use Z after the snap to show receiver indicators, then press the button attached to your chosen receiver. Start with short routes and compare a tapped lob with a held-button bullet pass.
Controls
Default: stick moves. Before the snap, Z starts the play; afterward Z toggles pass indicators. Throw with the displayed A, B, C-down, C-right or C-up receiver button: tap for a lob, hold for a bullet. On defense, A gives turbo, B dives and C-down switches players. START pauses/resumes.
NFL Quarterback Club 98 — About this game
NFL Quarterback Club 98 combines on-field play selection with a longer view of team building. You can guide a club through a season and playoffs or tackle historical situations and create custom scenarios. Drafting, trades and the salary cap make roster decisions matter off the field, while created players and teams offer another route into competition. Passing uses receiver buttons and distinguishes a quick lob from a held-button bullet pass, so finding space and choosing the delivery are separate decisions. QuickPlay supplies random teams and default settings for an immediate preseason game.
