How to Play Nushi Zuri 64 - Shiokaze ni Notte
Quick start
Press START at the title, choose 始めから and a family member, then enter a name and confirm 決定. Visit the tackle shop to buy a rod and matching tackle. At the shore, open the B-button window, equip it under 釣り具 and choose 釣りを始める. For a lure cast, hold A and release at the desired distance.
Controls
Regular N64 controller: D-pad/stick moves and A confirms; B opens/closes windows or cancels. C-down starts or stops fishing. In lure fishing, hold/release A to cast and tap A at a bite to hook. During the underwater fight, use A to reel while the fish rests and release it when the fish struggles. L/R turn notebook pages. START pauses only in the underwater fishing view.

Nushi Zuri 64 - Shiokaze ni Notte takes its fishing family from a northern island toward southern seas and Hawaii. Choose one of four relatives and explore a journey that mixes catches, village errands and natural collections. Different tackle supports lure, live-bait and fly fishing, with additional methods opening in the right situations. Notebooks record fish, insects and flowers; selling finds pays for equipment, meals and lodging. Stamina affects casting and a fish's chance of escape, so rest before pursuing a difficult catch. The underwater fight rewards patience: reel during quiet moments and stop when the fish surges. Beyond fishing, flower collecting also feeds a musical flower-bed activity.
