How to Play San Francisco Rush 2049
Quick start
Press START at the title, set PLAYERS to 1 and confirm with A. Choose Just Play, then PRACTICE, and select an available track and car. First learn the road and a safe jump; try wings while airborne. A confirms menu choices, B returns. Later choose STUNT for tricks or BATTLE with at least two local players.
Controls
Default: stick steers, A accelerates, B brakes, C left reverses. For manual gears, R shifts up and C down shifts down. Hold Z airborne for wings where allowed; in Battle Z fires instead. Ghost and Battle have no wings. C up resets the car or drops a weapon in Battle, L changes view and START pauses. Controls can be reassigned.
San Francisco Rush 2049 — About this game
San Francisco Rush 2049 gives its cars more to do than follow the road. Wings help control airborne movement in the modes that allow them, making jumps a way to reach alternate paths as well as survive a landing. Practice lets one or two local players explore without counting laps, while Single Race provides the ordinary racing contest. Circuit links results into a championship. Stunt mode supports up to four players and rewards flips, spins and rolls only when you recover for the landing. Battle instead puts two to four local players in weapon-filled arenas. Coins and accumulated progress open rewards, giving you reasons to revisit routes and look beyond the quickest visible line.
