How to Play SD Hiryuu no Ken Densetsu
Quick start
Press START at the title screen and choose はじめから. Register a user name, complete the startup settings and select れんしゅう. Choose a fighter and manual controls. Practise approaching, retreating, punching and guarding before entering トーナメント.
Controls
In normal manual control, use the D-pad or stick for movement; Up jumps and Down crouches. B punches, A kicks and R guards; Down with R gives a crouching guard. L or Z sidesteps. In menus, directions select, A confirms and B returns. Semi-automatic fighting uses different attack instructions.

Choose a miniature fighter for tournaments, a story adventure or practice sessions. Punches, kicks, guards and sidesteps form the foundation, while secret techniques and equipped treasures add further choices. Tournament results bring money and treasures; the briefing room connects demonstrations, the shop and your collection. Control settings include manual, automatic and semi-automatic fighting, so the amount of direct input can change. Learning one fighter's spacing and defense gives those equipment choices a practical purpose in the next match.
