How to Play Sesame Street - Elmo's Number Journey
Quick start
Press START after the opening logos, choose Easy with left/right and confirm with an action button. Walk along Sesame Street to a friend, listen to the invitation and press one of the buttons highlighted on screen to visit their world. Look at the target number at the bottom of the screen before selecting a number.
Controls
Use the D-pad or Control Stick to move Elmo. With the D-pad, up moves forward, left/right move him left or right and down turns him around. A, B and the C buttons are action buttons: use them to select or respond when prompted. START pauses; the pause screen also lets you return to Sesame Street.

Elmo’s Number Journey combines number recognition with simple addition and subtraction. From Sesame Street, Elmo visits Cookie Monster, Count Von Count and Ernie; each host has two environments filled with numbers to find. The status bar shows the current target, correct answers and mistakes. Easy asks for twelve correct numbers, while higher levels increase the target and reduce the room for mistakes. In the bonus funhouse, use an action button at the ball bin to toss balls into the clown’s mouth. At the horn, the same button removes a ball; ring the bell to submit the answer. Solve three problems to return to Sesame Street. Spoken instructions and controller prompts guide decisions, and a parent can change difficulty back on Sesame Street. Play is for one player, and the original game has no save feature.
