How to Play Shadow Man
Quick start
Start a new game and listen to Nettie’s explanation before exploring. In the Classic layout, practise jumping with A and interacting with C-left, then inspect your inventory and learn what each equipped hand does before entering unfamiliar passages.
Controls
Classic configuration: stick moves; A jumps; Z uses left hand; B uses right hand; C-left interacts; C-right inventory; C-up snipe/break lock-on; C-down crouch; hold R to strafe; L resets camera; START pause/options.
Shadow Man — About this game
Michael LeRoi becomes Shadow Man when he crosses into Deadside. His journey mixes exploration, platforming and battles across connected areas, with the teddy bear linking the two worlds. Weapons and useful objects can be assigned to either hand, allowing different combinations in combat and exploration. Gathering Dark Souls and learning the layout help you find routes that were previously beyond reach.
