How to Play SimCity 64
Quick start
Press START at the title and choose ビギナーズモード. Enter mayor and city names, select 経験なし for an introduction and read the first goal. Follow the guided building steps, choosing a menu tool and using A to place it on a selected tile.
Controls
D-pad or stick moves the cursor. A confirms choices or builds with the selected tool; in street conversation mode it talks to citizens. B cancels or goes back. L or Z shows/hides the menu icons. C-up/down zooms, C-left/right rotates the city view. R+C-down opens the map. START stops the passage of game time.
SimCity 64 — About this game
SimCity 64 puts you in the mayor's chair to shape a city through residential, commercial and industrial districts, transport links, electricity and public facilities. A useful layout draws residents in, while poor living conditions make them leave. Balance development with finances and disaster planning, and use the information displays to judge what the city needs next. Beginners mode introduces goals step by step, scenarios set specific problems and Free mode leaves the direction to you. You can also enter the streets and hear from citizens.
