How to Play Supercross 2000
Quick start
At the Select Event menu, choose QUICK RACE and press A, then press A again to start with the assigned rider, track and default settings. Try PRACTICE when you want to learn a course alone. In menus, use the D-pad to choose or change an option, A to continue and B to return.
Controls
Default controls: A is throttle and B is brake. D-pad left/right steers and leans; up/down changes the bike's pitch. The stick performs the same directional functions. L or Z operates the clutch. Use C-down with a D-pad direction for a stunt. START pauses.
Supercross 2000 — About this game
Supercross 2000 offers two different demands on a motocross bike: finish ahead of the field or build a score in freestyle. Racing asks you to manage corners, jumps and the bike's pitch rather than simply hold the throttle. Practice gives you a solo run to learn a track; Single Race lets you choose an event, and Season adds a longer racing campaign. Freestyle replaces finishing position with a time limit and points for airborne tricks. You can customize bike settings before selected events, while two riders can share a split screen in Single Race and Freestyle. Quick Race supplies a rider and track for an immediate start.
