How to Play Tetrisphere
Quick start
Follow the first-run tutorial, or press START through the title to choose Training and BASICS. Practise moving with the D-pad, holding B to slide a piece and using A when the cursor is white. For a full game, choose Single, set a name and robot, press START to reach mode selection and begin with Rescue.
Controls
D-pad moves the cursor; hold B with it to grab and slide a piece. A or Z drops a piece and confirms menus; B backs out of menus. START pauses. In Puzzle only, L brings the sphere closer, R moves it away and C up resets. C down uses earned magic outside Puzzle mode.
Tetrisphere — About this game
Tetrisphere wraps a matching puzzle around a layered ball instead of dropping pieces into a flat well. You move existing shapes to create valid groups, then drop the matching piece to break through; the white cursor helps identify a legal move. Rescue asks you to free robots inside the core, while Hide & Seek supplies changing instructions rather than one universal goal. Puzzle limits the number of drags and drops, making each adjustment count. Time Trial gives five minutes to build a score, and Practice offers a place to learn before competing with a friend or the CPU. Think about how a slide exposes the layer underneath, not just the pieces currently visible.
