How to Play TG Rally 2

Quick start

Choose Championship and begin with the entry-level Amateur Cup. Read each stage’s information and use the navigator’s guidance on the course. Between races, inspect the car at the Support Van and replace damaged parts before continuing. Z displays tips in game menus; practise at the rally school for higher cups.

Controls

Default: stick or pad steers; A accelerates, B brakes, C down is the emergency brake. With manual gears, R shifts up and Z down. L returns the car to the road with a time penalty. C left/right changes view, C up looks behind. START pauses in a race and accesses the Support Van before a race; Z shows menu tips.

TG Rally 2 — About this game

TG Rally 2 distinguishes rally timing from a simple dash to the finish. Championship starts cars separately and compares their combined stage times, with vehicle wear creating problems to manage between races. At the support van, broken components can be replaced before the next event. Rally school exercises and final tests lead to certifications for advanced cups, while progress also opens courses and vehicles. Team Championship lets two players cooperate against a computer team. Versus changes the pace with a simultaneous race for up to four players and removes the parts-wear concern, making it a separate kind of contest rather than the same rally with extra drivers.
