How to Play War Gods
Quick start
Set a comfortable difficulty in Options and keep the default controls. Choose a god with D-pad and A. Try B/A punches, C-up/C-right kicks and R to block. Hold Z with D-pad up/down to step in depth. Win two rounds.
Controls
D-pad moves; B high punch, A low punch, C-up high kick, C-right low kick, R or C-left block. Z, L or C-down is the 3D button: hold it with D-pad up/down to move in depth. Down+B uppercuts; toward the opponent+A throws; away+C-right sweeps. Back in move lists is a direction, not the B button.
War Gods — About this game
Ten selectable gods fight with high and low punches, kicks, throws and their own techniques. The 3D button lets you step into or out of the screen instead of staying on the usual fighting line. Watch the damage meter and seek openings after blocking; the first fighter to earn two round markers wins. Tied matches enter Sudden Death. Options adjust difficulty and continue credits, remap buttons and switch fatalities on or off, giving you room to learn the basic attacks.
