How to Play WCW Mayhem
Quick start
Choose QUICK START from the main menu. Select EASY, MEDIUM or HARD with the D-pad and confirm with A, then choose your wrestler. Press A at the Rumble Pak confirmation to begin. Start on EASY, practice C-down punches and A kicks at a safe distance, then approach and use B to grapple.
Controls
Default: D-pad moves, C-down gives a quick punch, A a quick kick and B starts a grapple. R runs and L blocks. C-left uses a special move; C-up taunts. C-right changes focus in bouts with three or more wrestlers. START pauses. With the opponent lying on their back, L attempts a pin.

WCW Mayhem mixes ring wrestling with fights in backstage areas such as a garage and locker room. Its entrances, music, crowd chants and commentary frame the bouts as televised events, while grapples, strikes and wrestler-specific moves provide the action. You can choose an established WCW star or create a wrestler and work toward a championship opportunity. Quick Start cuts the setup down to a difficulty choice and wrestler selection, making it a straightforward way to learn the controls before exploring longer competition.
