How to Play WWF WrestleMania 2000
Quick start
Choose Exhibition, select Single Match and pick your wrestler and CPU opponent. Check the victory rules, then confirm the match-up with A. Learn weak grapples and strikes first; when the opponent is down and face up, use L to attempt a pin.
Controls
Default: D-pad moves; tap/hold A for weak/strong grapple and B for weak/strong strike. C-down runs; C-up uses ropes; C-left flips/drags a downed opponent; C-right changes focus. L pins or avoids grapples; R blocks/counters strikes. Stick taunts, or activates a finisher after a strong grapple during SPECIAL. START pauses.

WWF WrestleMania 2000 pairs single-match wrestling with the longer Road to WrestleMania campaign. Exhibition includes singles, tag and three-way contests, with configurable victory rules. In the ring, short and long button presses distinguish weak and strong moves, while successful positioning opens up throws, pins and turnbuckle attacks. When the Attitude Meter flashes SPECIAL, a strong grapple and a tap of the stick unleash a finishing move. Editing wrestlers and creating belts add goals beyond a single bout.
