How to Play Naruto - Path of the Ninja 2
Quick start
Start the story and follow the first objective. Review active fighters, reserve and available Ninja Tags. In battle check formation, choose a command and target and watch the result. Recover or substitute as needed, then prepare before exploring the next route.
Controls
Use +Control Pad and displayed menu buttons for exploration and battle choices. Choose positions and commands on the battle screen, and follow touch instructions for special events or techniques. Check formation effects, chakra and the target before confirming an action.

Three active fighters and a reserve give you options, while front, middle and rear positions change the balance of damage and protection. Formation bonuses and Ninja Tags make preparation as important as choosing a jutsu. Begin with the opening request, inspect the party menu and try moving a fighter on the battle grid before attacking; use recovery and the reserve when the group is under pressure.
