How to Play Naruto RPG: Uketsugareshi Hi no Ishi
Quick start
When you start a new game from the title, the first thing you'll see is Scarecrow's bell-catching test in the forest. If you start with Naruto, take the Hyōryōmaru from the basket in the upper left, earn some experience points around you, then go east and take on Kakashi who is reading. This first match is almost unwinnable due to the event, so there is no need to start over even if you lose. After that, Sakura and Sasuke will take the same test in that order. In the Sakura arc, it is safe to use the Konoha Mark that can heal you and equip the Winghook before heading south.
Controls
Cross button: Move/select item. A: Conversation, investigation, decision. B: Cancel, press and hold in the field to run. L/R: Switch between front row and back row during battle. SELECT: Save screen (4 frames). START: Open the pause menu outside of battle. Battles are semi-real-time, with a timing bar for preparation and execution, with normal attacks and defenses occurring immediately, and ninjutsu being activated at the end of the orange zone.
