Akuma-kun: Makai no Wana — About this game
Shingo Umoregi, recognized as Akuma-kun, is sent from the Invisible School to stop the demon army led by Tōgaku Taitei. Exploration moves between towns, roads and dungeons, while encounters shift into menu-driven, turn-based battles. The twelve disciples are the defining system: only a small group travels with Akuma-kun, but the party can call on the wider circle in combat. Summoning costs CP, and each disciple has a mood that can affect whether they keep helping. Magic uses purchased rune tiles arranged into patterns, so preparation and experimentation matter as much as leveling. Enemies can demand repeated battles before the next route is survivable; use shops, equipment, spells and passwords to make that growth manageable. This is the Japanese Famicom RPG released by Bandai and developed by TOSE, with the original title preserved because no alternate regional release is documented.
