Alien 3 — About this game

Ellen Ripley moves through a sprawling prison complex where every mission combines navigation, rescue and combat. Prisoners are scattered along branching corridors, ladders, lifts and air shafts, and the exit is not always close to the last person you free. A countdown makes route planning important: unnecessary backtracking can consume the time needed to reach safety. Xenomorphs attack from floors, ceilings and shafts, so Ripley carries several weapons with different uses and limited ammunition. A radar pickup can help locate the prisoners, while first-aid kits and ammunition refills support a longer run. The NES edition presents the action in side-view stages and uses its own layouts rather than simply repeating the other console versions. Learn when to sprint, crouch, climb or jump, and select a suitable weapon before entering a crowded passage.
