How to Play Asmik-kun Land
Quick start
Press START and finish the opening. On the island map, choose the initially available basin area with the D-pad and A. Jump across gaps with A, use B before an enemy touches you and collect the egg promptly. Keep some eggs for the boss rather than buying every upgrade.
Controls
D-pad moves; A jumps; B attacks. START starts/pauses, SELECT opens items; choose with the D-pad and confirm with A. On the map A enters an area. Boss boards: Left/Right aligns the balance cursor, A advances quickly and B slowly. For janken, choose a hand with the D-pad, A confirms and B lets you revise.
Asmik-kun Land — About this game
Asmik-kun wants to awaken the Dragon God and make his island a paradise. Finding six fragments takes him through action stages where a tail attack turns enemies into collectible eggs. These eggs do more than buy upgrades: they also sustain him in the boss games, so spending everything before a boss is a risky shortcut. The item window lets you summon a merchant and equip powers such as flight, rolling or a one-hit guard. Different areas introduce their own problems, including underwater air supplies and mud that disables the item window until you wash it off. At the end of an area, movement changes completely. The bosses set rock-paper-scissors races or a stop-and-go timing contest, with a moving balance cursor to keep aligned while advancing. Win the required fragments to reach the final area. Leftover eggs cannot cross into the next area, making the merchant after a victory a useful final chance to exchange them.
